CAESURA

Roz squealed so loud everyone in the thrift store stared at her.

"Mama," Carnisha said from the next aisle, "what are you over there doing?"

"They got a close-n-play record player over here," Roz said.

"A what?"

"You don't remember them?"

When Carnisha examined the dingy plastic phonograph she turned up her nose at it.

"First time I heard the Temptations was on one of these," Roz said. "I'm gonna buy this for Jayson."

"I can't download this to my iPod, grandma," Jayson told her the next day. He put in his buds and finished playing Grand Theft Auto IV.

A Message To Google

Garagesaling. One word, No spaces, no hyphens.

Google the word and Google will tell you otherwise. "Did you mean garage saling"? google asks.

No, Google, go fuck yourself. I meant garagesaling because that's what it is.

Are you calling me a bad speller or retarded?

"While old Sally was garagesaling, she found a Close-and-Play record player and bought it."

Easy, sustinct and all that jazz. So next time before you go off asking me if I'm confused, think for just a second.

Maybe you're just a turd Gogle. Maybe it's just you.

Garagesaling. Googlebitch.
