"The Trio"

His hands were weathered after years of dragging them through the rich black soil of his Ohio farm. If he had a chance to change things, he wouldn't. Life was just the way he wanted it.

Today, he was celebrating another good crop. Six acres of pest free, baseball sized, red-skinned potatoes.

He scanned the large bin in front of him and grabbed out three rounded beauties.

"You'll do just fine," he spoke to the trio.

He made his way into the shed and closed the door behind him. Potatoes still in his grip, he smiled and began to juggle.
