To thank me for a lovely evening out, she took me upstairs and went down on me. It was the best damn blowjob I'd ever had, and blowjobs are the best thing ever.

It also confirmed my suspicions. So I asked, and she said not anymore and asked how I knew.

Her deep, rich voice and aggressive pursuit of me had been clues. But no one could suck a guy off that expertly without knowing what it felt like to be sucked off.

Of course, I made another date with her. She had been made into a really hot woman.

He saw something familiar sticking out from under the body next to him. The features were clearly recognizable despite the fading light. They were the best, these swords. He didn't know the enemy used them too.

The big wound in his belly was caused by a sword as well. He could not help wondering if it had been the same type, but he was not able to remember anything.
Slowly the world around him became blurred as he kept staring at it.
The suffering was unbearable, he was longing to feel that blade hitting him.... there.... at his neck... hard.

Microwaves were good. So was electricity. But you couldn’t beat running drinking water and flush toilets. Best things ever.

It sounds like fairy tales now, but I remember when we didn’t have to boil water to drink, didn’t have to dig latrines, and had water and toilets everywhere. In our houses yet–every house had a kitchen and at least one toilet. Never thought about it.

And get this–even though we could get good drinking water from the tap, we’d pay for bottled water. Yup, we’d work to earn trading chits; then buy something simply for cachet.

Then the bombs dropped.
