The Beginning of my 100words Addiction:

A gentle sigh stirs me from my sleep. I’ve become accustomed to sleeping in this tiny recliner, wedged against my grandmother’s bed, where she now calls home. I hold her hand, she sighs again, and a little smile crosses her pretty face. I hope she’s dreaming of grandpa.

The days are long and boring in this place, the nights fitful and forever, but here I must be, assisted living isn’t assisted enough, when you’re sick.

There’s inspiration here among the long-lived, a gentle sigh, of experience and understanding. I breathe it in, and scribble on a pad. I’ll post later.
