The estate agent looked nervous as we approached the bathroom in the house. The woman hurriedly looked at her notes as we approached the door.

"Now this is a large bathroom which is well equipped with all the latest modern amenities..." She read.

I was ahead of her looking at the bathroom and standing agahst.

I turned to my wife. "I think the owner spends alot of time here."

The estate agent continued reading aloud: " a phone, a plasma television sealed against damp, laptop stand, infared flush, handsfree show with 360 water blasts..."

"Hrm..." said my wife, "not so sure."
