When I were a lad in prep school I was in chorus which probably not surprise you one jot. I was a bass singer who spent much of his time at the back providing rythmn for those with sweeter voices...like Adam.

Now this lad could hit the high notes and show sopranos how to sing their parts. He was very proud of his range and mock us basses frequently. Then we learned why.

Adam developed rather late and was able to sing like a castrati because his balls had not dropped. They did with a vengaence. Never mock basses children.

Few people know that the Statue of Liberty originally had teeth. Yep, the French misunderstood our forefathers little credo “send us your weak……” It seems something went awry in the translation of “downtrodden”, they thought we meant devour and burn with holy fire (thus the torch). The mouth was to open at the sound of a ship’s horn and the teeth clash back together in a thunderous gnashing.

Ben Franklin used most of the teeth to make dentures (George had a set in at Valley Forge, I think), but he kept a few. I choked on mine, lost my voice.

Hehe, Kasac.

How many themes do you think you'll be able to hit with that story?

:)

Not my most universal effort, huh?
